HIU Renova

HIU Renova, supplies properties heated by district heating or central boiler systems with hot water and space heating. The station uses a heat exchanger for immediate hot water preparation as required. The room heat is transferred directly from the primary circuit of the heat generation. The pipe connection to the heat exchanger is made via ball valves.
The connection of the pipes to the station is possible from the floor as well as from above.
Consisting of:
• Copper-brazed asymmetrical stainless steel plate heat exchanger
• HERZ pressure and temperature controller for central control of the hot water
temperature with integrated hot water priority circuit
• Constant readiness for hot water preparation even in summer operation due to
temperature-controlled bypass circuit,
fixed at 45 °C
• Heat meter fitting 110 mm - G 3/4" made of dezincification-resistant brass, also
suitable for continuous operation
• Strainer with fine mesh in the primary flow pipe
• Differential pressure controller with integrated regulating, isolation and zone
valve in the secondary circuit (included in 1 4021 93)
• Differential pressure regulator in the primary circuit
• Surface-mounted cover powder-coated in white RAL 9016
• Sensor holder for heat meter M 10 x 1 mm
• Thermomotor for mounting on zone valve;
230 V, 50 Hz, normally closed
• Connections: AG 3/4" flat-sealing
• Max. operating pressure: 16 bar
