HERZ provides a large variety of products for correct and energy-saving hydraulic balancing and for the control of heating and cooling systems. The dimensions of the regulating and regulating valves range from DN 15 to DN 500, the maximum operating temperature for selected valves is up to 150 ° C. Corresponding actuators, both mechanical and electronic, are also available for the HERZ control valves.

  • High degree of efficiency

    The HERZ double regulating and commissioning valves are available in an angle pattern or straight pattern as well as in flanged design. Depending on the model, they are designed with (extended) test points for differential pressure measurement and with a non-rising spindle with double or triple O-ring seals.   • Professional regulation

    The HERZ regulating valves 4216 in straight pattern, optionally with external or internal thread, are designed for hydraulic balancing for cooling ceiling systems and fan coils. They are designed with two test points. Presetting for stroke limitation is possible. The HERZ regulating valve especially for use in solar systems is designed with a solder connection and is suitable for a maximum operating temperature of 200 ° C.

  • Precise regulation without leakage

    The HERZ 2- port regulating ball valve is used for the continuous control of cold and hot water in closed circuits and is available in two pressure levels: PN 40 (DN 15 - DN 25) or PN 25 (DN 32 - DN 50). The ball has an equal percentage characteristic curve, the spindle seal has a double O-ring. The 2- port regulating ball valve with handle or a 2117 rotary actuator can be used as an option.

  • Mixing valves

    HERZ mixing valves 2137 (3- port) and 2138 (4- port) are used as control elements in heating and cooling systems for precise control of the medium temperature. With a suitable motor drive, the mixing valve is used as a control valve with a linear, proportional or quadratic characteristic. 3- port mixing valves can be used as mixing or distribution valves, 4- port mixing valves have a double function of the mixer - the proportion of hot water from the boiler is mixed with the return water. This leads to a higher return water temperature, reduces the risk of corrosion and ensures a longer service life for the boiler.

  • Mixing and diverting valves

    The 3- port mixing and distribution valves 4037 are used to control heating or cooling systems, for installation before or after heat exchangers as well as heating and cooling coils and for installation in distribution lines. The suitable valve drive 7712 has an adjustable characteristic. The dimensions range from DN 15 (kvs 4.00) to DN 50 (kvs 40.00).

  • 2- and 3- port control valves in flanged design

    The flanged 2-port and 3- port control valves are mainly used in district heating, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC) to control the volume flow or temperature. They can also be used to shut off heating or cooling lines. The bodies are made of gray cast iron (PN 16) or spheroidal cast iron (PN 25). The types cover the dimensions DN 15 to DN 150. The equal-percentage characteristic curve automatically adjusts the kv value to the change in stroke as a percentage. The maximum operating temperature is 140 ° C. The matching actuators 7712 have a maintenance-free gear.
