    HERZ HIU stations have always been characterized as a compact and robust design with high hot water flow. In the large selection of different models for high and low temperature heating systems you will find the right solution for your new building or renovation project.

  • HERZ HIU COMPACT

    The COMPACT family is a new product in various designs. Due to the low installation depth of 90 mm for non-insulated models, the COMPACT HIU is very suitable for both new buildings and renovation projects. The COMPACT INDIRECT model ensures hydraulic separation between the primary supply and the secondary heating system – meaning that different system pressures can also be achieved. The COMPACT stations are optionally available as a flush-mounted version with a flush-mounted box or as a surface-mounted version with a cover.
    An integrated hot water circuit and an energy-optimized temperature-regulated bypass (typically during the summer) ensures hot water at the right temperature - without annoying waiting times. The hygienic hot water preparation can be combined with a direct radiator outlet or with a pre-mixed outlet including an UFH distributor for up to 10 outlets.
    The models of the COMPACT series are equipped as standard with an adjustable differential pressure regulator in the primary circuit. A differential pressure controller with maximum flow rate control and an integrated zone valve is installed in the secondary circuit. In this way, the apartment transfer station can be operated efficiently for all loads. In addition, the stations are also equipped with adapter pieces for water meters and heat meters made of dezincification-resistant brass especially for long term use, air vents on the secondary side and fine mesh strainers in the primary flow and, in the case of the indirect variant, in the secondary return.

  • HERZ HIU SALZBURG

    An integrated hot water circuit and an energy-optimized temperature-regulated bypass (typically during the summer) ensure that the SALZBURG models also have hot water at the right temperature. The hot water outlet temperature is regulated by means of a TS valve in the heating return. The water heating takes place with a direct radiator outlet or a premixed outlet including an UFH distributor, which can comprise up to 10 outlets. The differential pressure regulator on the heating side is set to a fixed value of 23 kPa and has an integrated zone valve and a connection thread for M 28 x 1.5 mm drives. In addition, the stations have adapter pieces for hot and cold water meters as well as heat meters made of dezincification-resistant brass especially for long term use, air vents at all high points and fine mesh strainers in the primary flow as well as in the secondary return. The SALZBURG apartment transfer stations are optionally available as a flush-mounted version with a flush-mounted box or as a surface-mounted version with a cover and with / without insulated pipes.

  • HERZ HIU STOCKHOLM

    The RISE-certified STOCKHOLM model with electronic control F100 is a compact HIU for hot water preparation which uses the continuous flow principle and heat transfer to the radiator heating. The indirect design ensures hydraulic separation between the primary supply and the secondary heating system – meaning that different system pressures can also be achieved. The STOCKHOLM HIU is designed with an expansion tank and a safety group for the secondary heating circuit as well as a heat exchanger between the primary and secondary heating side. The constant readiness for hot water preparation, even during summer, is provided by a temperature-controlled bypass circuit, set to 45 °C. In addition, the stations have adapter pieces for cold water and heat meters made of dezincification-resistant brass as well as fine mesh strainers installed in the primary flow and secondary return.

  • HERZ HIU GUILDFORD

    The BESA Tested GUILDFORD model is designed in the indirect version with twin heat exchangers that provide hydraulic separation. The mounting bracket, secondary heating heat exchanger and the heating pipes are insulated. This model is specially designed for higher hot water quantities - up to 26 l / min draw-off quantity and for higher hot water outlet temperatures (10/55 °C). The constant readiness for hot water preparation, even during summer, is provided by a temperature-controlled bypass circuit, set to 45 °C. Maximum system efficiency is guaranteed by a low primary return temperature. The fitting pieces for water meters, hot water meters and heat meters made of dezincification-resistant brass are specially designed for long term use. The assembly of the GUILDFORD apartment transfer station is designed as a surface-mounted variant with a cover. The viewing window in the cover enables the meters to be read without removing the housing.

  • HERZ HIU PRESSBURG

    The PRESSBURG model with radiator connection is designed for use in high-temperature systems. In the standard version, the pipes are insulated. The tap volume is 18 l / m (10/50 °C). The HERZ pressure and temperature regulator controls the hot water temperature centrally, without hot water priority. The constant readiness for hot water preparation, even during summer, is provided by a temperature-controlled bypass circuit, set to 45 °C. A TS valve with a thermal actuator for control by a room thermostat, is placed in the secondary heating flow. The fixed differential pressure regulator and the regulating valve in the secondary heating return serve to keep the water volume constant. This model also includes fitting pieces for water meters, hot water meters and heat meters made of dezincification-resistant brass, which are especially suitable for long term use. The PRESSBURG HIU is optionally available as a flush-mounted version with a flush-mounted box or as a surface-mounted version with a cover.
